Return & Exchange Policy (Applicable to Manufacturing Defects Only)
If the received product has a manufacturing defect (such as production flaws, functional abnormalities, etc.), please contact our customer service within 5 working days after receipt and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos of the defective product
- A brief description of the defect
Once we confirm it is a manufacturing defect, we will arrange for you one of the following options:
- Free replacement with a brand-new identical product, or
- Full refund (depending on the circumstances)
Please retain the original packaging and all accessories to facilitate the return or exchange process.
The following situations are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Notification received after 5 working days
- Defects not caused by the manufacturer (e.g., human damage, improper use, etc.)
- Insufficient evidence provided (photos/videos)
