Return and Exchange Policy (For Manufacturer Defects Only)
If you receive a product with a manufacturer's defect (such as manufacturing flaws, functional abnormalities, etc.), please contact our customer service team within 5 business days of receipt, providing the following information:
- Invoice number
- Clear photos or videos of the defective product
- A brief description of the defect
Once we confirm that it is a manufacturer's defect, we will arrange for you:
- A replacement with a new identical product, or
- A full refund (depending on the situation)
Please keep the original packaging and all accessories to facilitate the return or exchange process.
The following situations will not be accepted for return or exchange:
- Notification after 5 business days
- Non-manufacturer defects (such as human damage, improper use, etc.)
- Insufficient evidence in photos/videos
If you encounter any manufacturer defects, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email, and we will process it as soon as possible.
