Delivery Policy

  1. Service ScopeThis website accepts orders within Hong Kong only.
  2. Applicable CustomersThe following delivery services (including delivery time and charges) apply only to orders placed for commercial areas.For residential / private addresses, an additional delivery fee may be required. The exact amount will be confirmed by our Customer Service officer after order confirmation.
  3. Free Delivery & Self Pick-upOrders with a total amount of HK$500 or above are eligible for free delivery (limited to commercial building addresses only).For orders below this amount, customers may choose to collect the goods in person at our office in Kwai Chung.
  4. Order Cut-off TimeOrders received after 3:00 pm from Monday to Friday will be processed on the next business day.
  5. Office Stationery / Hardware Equipment OrdersFor purchases of office stationery, hardware, or equipment, customers may be required to pay a deposit.Our Customer Service officer will confirm the required deposit amount when verifying the order.
  6. Price VariationPrices shown on the website may differ from the final actual purchase price.In such cases, our Customer Service officer will contact you to confirm the latest price before payment and delivery.
  7. General Delivery ArrangementRegular orders will be processed on the same business day and arranged for delivery on the next business day (except for specific areas).Customers may request a specific delivery date by clearly stating it in the remarks column during checkout.
  8. Delivery Schedule for Specific Areas (excluding public holidays)
    • Tuen Mun: Tuesday, Friday
    • Hong Kong Airport: Wednesday
    • New Territories North Areas: Monday, Thursday
    • Hong Kong South Areas: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
